Contractual obligations & commitments

Are there setup fees, fixed fees or commitments? 
We try to keep IoT Connect as simple as possible. We listed below the main contractual obligations.

Setup fee 
There is no setup fee for the standard IoT Connect offer. 
If you’re interested in one of our advanced features, though, then a setup fee may apply. 
 
Minimum fees  
If your SIMs are on the pay-per-use system, then there’s a fixed fee of 1.7€ (VAT included) per active SIM. 
If your SIMs are in the pooled bundle system, you’ll only pay the monthly bundle fee. 
 
Commitments 
Each active SIM must remain active for at least 12 months. 
After this duration, you are free to terminate them.
