Digimium is a French operator and integrator specialising in enterprise and mobile telephony. With over 20 years of experience, the company offers simplified and secure solutions for integration and migration projects towards efficient collaboration tools and cybersecurity tailored for SMEs. We spoke with Olivier Mouilleseaux, co-founder of Digimium, to learn more about his vision and his experience working with Transatel.
About Digimium
Digimium addresses various use cases, including collaborative solutions and modernisation tools for enterprise telephony, all under a single provider. Thanks to our customised support, Digimium acts as a unique point of contact to integrate, manage, and maintain your company’s IT, Telecom, and Network solutions. At Digimium, our goal is to be a partner that listens to our clients, doing things properly instead of simply sending out invoices at the end of the month. Our clients are typically SMEs, smaller companies with 20 to 200 users. We aim to provide responsiveness that they won’t find elsewhere and support that would be hard to replace. As a smaller, human-scale company ourselves allows us to be truly present for our clients, which helps us stand out in a competitive mobile operator market.
Why launching an MVNO?
Digimium sees itself as a sort of Chief Information Officer (CIO) for our clients’ mobile and fixed telephony needs. This allows us to handle all connectivity and telephony issues for businesses that outsource their solutions to us. We began actively operating our business using Transatel’s Full MVNO architecture. Later, we opened a Light account, which gave us access to Orange’s features. One key value for our clients is the ability to offer fixed-line backup solutions with 4G. Additionally, features such as Static Public IPs – on which we were early testers -enabled us to directly address our clients’ needs for remote fleet management. Today, with our IoT account for M2M solutions, we have three distinct catalogs thanks to Transatel.
